  •  Customer Feedback.  Posted January 2010

We wish all our site visitors a very happy 2010.  The UK weather has been challenging to say the least with record snowfalls and dangerous driving conditions for some weeks now.  However, we do our best using great couriers to get customers' goods out to them as quickly as possible, and were heartened to hear of one customer's experience just before Christmas - she wrote to us the following...

"I would just like to congratulate your speedy and efficient service.  I heard a small ring on the bell at midnight last night.  We looked out of the window, could see no-one, so assumed that one of the local deer had walked by.  However, the next morning (Sunday) we found your parcel on the doorstep.  I was truly amazed.  Our road is on a steep hill and was not driveable in the snow, so I can only assume that your delivery man had walked up the steep hill in the snow at midnight to deliver my parcel."
